About Vincent Li
Vincent is a Richmond enthusiast and lawyer. He believes in Richmond’s potential to become one of the greatest cities in Canada. His commitment is to delivering practical, measurable improvements in affordability, safety, and trust in local government to better the daily lives of Richmondites.
Vincent runs Virtus Counsel (威德律师行), a law firm located in Aberdeen Square. His law firm’s mission is to “strengthen community development by emboldening organizations to innovate, collaborate, and engage.” To that end, he has a history of helping companies and individuals handle stressful business disputes.
Vincent was previously a Governor of Thompson Rivers University, managing over 30,000 students. He was also Chair of a national committee representing the interests of all law and articling students in the country. He was involved in student clubs throughout his post-secondary education. He brings the same passion and good judgment for community development to managing the City of Richmond.

You can make a campaign contribution if you are:
a resident of B.C., and
a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
Organizations cannot make campaign contributions or reimburse individuals for making campaign contributions.

Unfortunately donations to municipal parties and candidates are not subject to tax receipts.

Donations to RCA help us reach more voters in our city. Your contribution helps us to pay for campaign staff, materials like signs and leaflets, and advertising.

The maximum combined amount an individual can donate to an electoral organization or any candidates endorsed by that organization in 2026 is $1,429.70

Paypal is the online payment processor that RCA uses. However, you do not need a PayPal account to contribute.
When asked to sign in, you can select “Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card” instead. This will allow you to contribute without creating a PayPal account.
