About Alton Cheung

A man with short dark hair and facial hair standing outdoors among trees, wearing a patterned shawl over a white shirt and a red fabric draped over his shoulder.

I am a city worker at City of Richmond. I am a union rep at CUPE 718 and an organizer. I have led the organizing drives at South Arm, Thompson, Oval, and helped UBC's graduate research assistants to form union. I am running for council to further all workers' rights and interest in the city, to build a tight and thriving community, and to further the economic interests of our citizens in an equitable manner.
