Richmond Citizens’ Association (RCA) is a registered electoral organization in Richmond, B.C. We are committed to electing progressive candidates to Richmond city council who reflect the diversity and values of our community. RCA has a long history of electoral success in Richmond, electing councillors Linda Barnes, Kelly Greene, and Harold Steves.

In our history, we have focused on local priorities such as housing affordability, addressing climate change, and government transparency. Please join us as we prepare for the 2026 municipal election.
